Welcome to the Seneca-Babcock Community Association's website. We have been serving the Seneca-Babcock community for over 36 years. We do not require that you live in the Seneca-Babcock community or possess any previous memberships to join our organization. We serve all of Erie County. We do ask that you support our organization through regular participation in activities.

The Seneca-Babcock Community Association (SBCA) services the Seneca-Babcock and Hydraulics neighborhoods which are situated within the three (3) councilmatic districts in the City of Buffalo – South, Lovejoy, and Fillmore. The geographic location and the physical boundaries of this area are: Smith Street/Fillmore Avenue on the west, US-HWY 62 (Bailey Avenue) on the east, I-90 on the South, and William Street on the north. The areas are identified by census tracts #4, #17, #18, and #20, with the Seneca-Babcock community located in #18.

The clients involved with SBCA programs benefit from trained, caring, professional staff and volunteers who help individuals take control of their lives, envision productive futures and reach their goals.
